Gran debut con un buen juego de equipo/Great debut with a good team work

Generalmente en los comienzos de las distintas competencias no se ve una gran demostración de equipo pero ésta fue la excepción. Un debut sobresaliente de Argentina con una actuación soberbia en ambos costados de la cancha. El antecedente más cercano era el 104-85 a favor de Lituania en el Mundial Turquía 2010 pero esta vez se dio vuelta la historia y fue victoria argentina por 102 a 79 en el primer partido del grupo A de Londres 2012. Los destacados (en el costado ofensivo) en el equipo argentino fueron los NBA Luis Scola, Emanuel Ginóbili y Carlos Delfino.
